Family fun this February half term at Barnsley Museums

There is lots of fun to be had at Barnsley Museums this February half term. Families can take part in everything from pottery making, Victorian baking, character disco to arts, crafts and nature trails.

Improved walks around Worsbrough Mill Country Park

Improvements have been made to one of the most eroded sections of footpath around the wet woodland at Worsbrough Mill Country Park. A ceremony has taken place to launch the installation of a new raised boardwalk near the old stone bridge, which will greatly improve accessibility for site visitors

Winners of the Worsbrough Mill colouring competition announced

Winners of the Worsbrough Mill Christmas colouring competition have been announced. The Mill would like to congratulate Layla Sears, aged 3 and Sophie Backhouse, aged 5 as winners of the under 6 category, also Hannah Sutton and Harvey Hunsley, both aged 10 as winners of the over 6 category.
